An accomplished Sales Leader having had more than 20 years of experince in Top Multinationals like Avaya, Nortel, Juniper,in the domain of Sales and Strategy, has been insturmental in guiding the company on Business Development and Sales strategies in the IT sector. Known for his Out of Box thinking, Vaibhav has been a tactical support for all new ventures that are pursued by GIPFEL HR.

Jogendra Bhati

A serial entrepreneur and a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experince in Pharma Industry, having exposure in Marketing , Strategy, and HR in more than 50 countries across the globe, Jogendra is a mentor cum founder who is instrumental steering the company with his domain expertise and deep insights to Scale new heights. He is involved in Strategy formulation, and is a chairperson of the Governing Council. Relationship Management being his forte, Jogendra has been credited with many break throughs in building the business from scratch and putting it in an Auto Pilot Mode.

Sudhanshu Fadnis

An Alumni of NITIE(National Institute of Industrial Engineering), a sport enthusiast and Founder and Director of Sport Seed, having 20 plus years of experince Sudhanshu has been actively involved in guiding the company on Organizational Values, Culture, and Business Strategy.
